Postponing expiration date

By default reports expire 90 days after submission by the whistleblower. In the case that the report needs to remain active for a longer period, recipients can postpone the expiration date.

This can be achieved by clicking on the clock icon located at the top of the report.

By default, it will prompt to postpone by an additional 90 days.

If you have a specific expiration date you wish to set, click on the calender icon next to the date and choose the date you wish to set the expiration date at.

After choosing the date and clicking on Yes, the updated expiration date will be visible.
