Support Password Reset

If you have trouble resetting the password yourself, you'll need to contact support.

If you do not have your Account Recovery Key saved and/or access to your MFA authenticator app, you need to contact EthicsAlert Support.

Contacting support is possible via the help icon present during every step of the password reset procedure.

Here you will be able to explain what is going wrong, and someone from the support team will contact you as soon as possible. Use the email address associated with your EthicsAlert account when requesting support.
