MFA Reset

If you experience any issues logging in where you receive the following error message The code is either invalid or expired.:

Every two factor authentication code is only valid for 30 seconds. Verify that you clicked on Log in before the code is expired.

If for any reason it's not accepting the two factor authentication code, you'll need to contact support to reset the MFA for your account. To contact support, you can press the help icon next to the login button.

Provide the email address associated with your EthicsAlert account and explain the issue you are facing. Support will review your case and contact you with details how to setup your new Multi Factor Authentication code.
